Euro Commercials are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Parts Advisor Apprentice to join their team at the Exeter branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry and wants to develop their skills through a combination of hands-on experience and structured learning.

Vacancy Detail

As a Parts Advisor Apprentice, you will learn how a busy commercial vehicle parts department operates, gaining knowledge of vehicle parts, stock management and customer service. You will work alongside experienced members of the team while completing your apprenticeship, giving you the opportunity to build valuable skills and work towards a long-term career within the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

As you develop within the role, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers and workshop technicians with parts enquiries
Identifying and ordering the correct vehicle parts
Learning about commercial vehicle components and how they are used
Checking incoming deliveries and putting stock away correctly
Picking and preparing parts for workshop jobs and customers
Using computer systems to check stock, place orders and update records
Keeping the parts department organised and maintaining accurate stock levels
Liaising with suppliers and other departments within the business
Providing a high level of customer service
Learning to work safely and follow company procedures

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or 4 and above in English and Maths

Skills Required

You don't need previous experience in a parts department — your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most.
