Data Technician Apprenticeship

Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions etc.
Must be able to prioritise work independently. This will include addressing tickets in internal systems and knowing when the work should be elevated.
Assist on project work, such as developing new automation and business logic.
Assist in configuring business-wide changes to the system in an exciting opportunity to be a part of a system re-work.
Attending project meetings when required to gain or impart knowledge on the current status of projects and to immerse yourself in declarative Salesforce development.
Liaise with users to help keep work flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users.
Helping to maintain GDPR compliance within a busy and fast paced environment
Using tools such as LI & Salesforce inbuilt analytics, Excel, Cognism, Zoominfo etc.
Will be working on tracking analytics for social campaigns to support Customer Success Manager and Account Director, each app assigned to them. e.g. what's worked, what area does it potentially fail, improvements etc.
Effectively a data role to support a sales team which is a great fit.

Interview process. 2x stage . 1st is phone call with cofounder Andrew. 2nd stage either remote or F2F dependednt on Andrew location. With Andrew and Erin, competency based no tasks. Offer will be given if successful after 2nd stage.
Would like them to start in the next 2-3 months ideally all together but aware it may be separate and happy to stagger if necessary. Also aware of NMW going up in April.
