Brief Description
As an IT Support Apprentice, you will provide first-line technical support to our clients, helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will learn how to use Autotask (our ticketing system) and gain exposure to scripting, configuring hardware, installing and maintaining software, and assisting with technical projects.

Our client are a leading Managed Service Provider delivering IT support, cyber security solutions, hosted telephony and managed print to SMEs, schools and charities. Based in the Midlands for over 20 years and support over 400 clients during this time. Due to expansion for 2026 they are looking to take on some new talent as an IT Support Apprentice!
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via Autotask.
• Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
• Support the setup and deployment of new devices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues for clients.
• Assist with scripting and automation tasks under guidance.
• Keep accurate records of work completed in the ticketing system.
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and remotely.
Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs A*-C / 9-4 (including English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent)
Skills Required

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
A basic understanding of networking is helpful
