Brief Description

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in print design, product packaging, and Point of Sale (POS) materials, with a sharp eye for layout, brand consistency, and visual storytelling. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products and brands connect.

Key Responsibilities

Design impactful visuals for print, packaging, and POS displays that align with brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and bring campaigns to life.
Prepare and supply artwork to printers and suppliers, ensuring precision and quality.
Contribute creative input across brand presentations, digital assets, and marketing materials.
Explore and integrate AI-driven design tools to enhance creative output and efficiency.
Stay current with design trends, production methods, and new technologies.

Qualifications Required

GCSE's Grade 4 or above in English and Maths,
A completed Level 3 Apprenticeship in Marketing or up to 2 years in the sector

Personal Qualities

Desirable

Experience with 3D product visualization or realistic mock-ups.
Basic understanding of motion graphics or digital design.
Knowledge of maintaining brand consistency across channels.

Skills Required

Skills & Experience

1-2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Proven experience designing for print, packaging, and POS environments.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or DALL·E.
