Brief Description
The Business Administration Apprentice will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day office operations. You will work closely with the admin and telecoms teams, processing important documentation, completing customer communication tasks, and assisting with service delivery.

Unitel Direct are looking for a motivated individual to join their ever growing team whilst completing a Business Administration Apprenticeship. Unitel Direct Limited is one of largest independently owned companies in the UK who supply telephone, broadband, mobiles, utilities & web services to businesses all over the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Process and update daily sales sheets accurately.
- Create and send welcome letters and onboarding packs to new clients.
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with general admin tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document preparing.
- Customer Communication
- Make outbound call-backs to clients regarding queries, updates, or service information.
- Provide friendly, professional communication via phone and email.
- Support the customer service and telecoms teams with client requests.
- Inbox & Record Management
- Monitor, sort, and prioritise shared team inboxes.
- Ensure customer emails are responded to or redirected efficiently.
- Update CRM systems and client records to maintain accuracy.
- Telecoms Support
- Assist the telecoms team with basic processing tasks and customer updates.
- Help ensure new telecom services are logged, prepared, and communicated correctly.
Qualifications Required
GCSE pass grades in English and Maths at C/4 or above
Skills Required
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Good organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confident using IT systems (email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets).
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to work well within a busy office environment.
Other Information
The successful Apprentice will receive employer and training provider learn to try and earn a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration with opportunity for progression after completion of the Apprenticeship.
