Their operations and logistics team works tirelessly to streamline processes, optimise supply chains, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Supply Chain & Logistics Support Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of supply chain operations, logistics, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Logistics Support: Assist in the coordination of logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries of goods.
- Inventory Management: Help track inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and accurately recorded.
- Order Processing: Assist with the processing and tracking of customer orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Supplier Coordination: Support in building relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
- Warehouse Support: Help with the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including stock movement and order fulfilment.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries, and assist in generating reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials across the supply chain.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring all activities are carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths & English grade C/4

Skills Required

- A keen interest in supply chain and logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, etc.)
- A proactive approach and eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus, but not essential
