Brief Description

As an Admin Assistant at DSL Group, you will play a big role in creating a smooth operation for the organisation by performing administrative tasks. This includes managing correspondence, organising meetings, maintaining records and providing support to departments. If you have great organisation skills and attention to detail then this is for you.

Vacancy Detail

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining client relationships and for contributing to the growth of a company’s business. Their main task is to manage the relationships between a company and its existing clients, for whom they act as a point of contact. A Customer relations cooperate closely with sales and marketing directors and industry managers, working to understand the client’s needs and to transform this understanding into new sales opportunities. Unlike sales agents, account managers are hired by the company they work for rather than being self-employed.

• Managing client relationships
• Interpreting a client’s requests and ensuring they are fulfilled
• Building long-terms relationships with clients and ensuring client loyalty
• Pitching new products or services to the client
• Measuring sales results and the attainment of company targets
• Preparing reports and other documentation on client status
• Looking for new business opportunities
• Sharing client feedback with the relevant team(s) within the company (production, marketing, administration)
• Handling all incoming customer queries and questions
• Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
• Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management
• Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
• Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths & English grade C/4
