Apprentice Marketing Assistant (Level 4)

Our client based in Aylesbury are a leading brand in wood care products and due to their continuous growth, they are eager for a L4 Marketing Assistant to join their team. Our client goes above and beyond for their customers, they are very well respected in their industry and are now looking to grow further with a creative individual within their marketing team. You will be completing your L4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship with Remit Training.

Salary: £18,000-£23,000 depending on experience.

Monday-Friday from 08:30 to 17:00

You will be working closely with the small marketing team and other areas of the business to really help grow the brand, and develop excellent marketing strategies and campaigns whilst also being able to analyse and build detailed reports for the company.

In this role, you'll gain valuable experience across a variety of exciting marketing activities, including:

Creating engaging content for social media, our website, and other marketing materials.
Supporting our sales team through marketing initiatives.
Updating the website daily
Design and implement campaigns that effectively engage customers and boost sales across all channels, including email marketing initiatives.
Contributing to event planning and execution.
Analyse and give insight on campaigns to deliver improvements for the future
Using analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for client campaign optimisation
Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis.
Maintain a strong brand image that resonates with our diverse customer base across multiple brands.
Generating new marketing strategies to use across the business
Develop new campaign ideas, research current and emerging trends
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keywords strategy.
Create new promotional marketing materials
Bring your fresh new marketing ideas to the team.
We'll provide you with the support and guidance you need to succeed, but we are looking for a creative individual who can use their own initiative and really help grow the company and the marketing team.

Our Ideal Candidate

Over 1.5+ digital marketing experience
Experience building different marketing campaigns
Content Creation experience
Experience using video and photo editing software like Abode Illustrator etc
Fresh, creative mind able to bring new ideas to the table
A highly motivated individual with a strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident individual who can and wants to make a difference to a team.
Someone who wants to build their professional career.
Experience working closely with other areas of a business and within a small team.

PLEASE NOTE- to be eligible for the L4 Marketing Apprenticeship, you must have either 1.5+ years plus marketing experience or completed your L3 Digital Marketing/Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship. Also if you have completed a university marketing degree you will also not be eligible as you will be too overqualified.
