Brief Description
Remit Training is recruiting on behalf of our client, one of the largest independently owned organisations in the UK, supplying telephone, broadband, mobiles, utilities, and web services to businesses. They are expanding and looking for several Technical Sales Executive Apprentices to join the team at their Nottingham office!

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5

This is a chance for you to kickstart a career in Sales, with an organisation whose aim is to find sales individuals who have the desire to succeed, earn, learn, and stand out from the crowd.
As a Technical Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will be:
Learn our products and services - a mixture of telephone, broadband, mobiles, utilities, and web services.
Actively selling IT products and services
Train alongside other colleagues, some of whom have completed the same Apprenticeship previously.
Learn multiple methods of communication that will be used to communicate with clients (telephone, email, ticketing).
Manage and maintain customer call-backs (ring them back when you advised you will).
Cold calls - looking for new customers and reaching out via telephone / following up via email
Assist the team with turning an inquiry into a sale through inbound calls, outbound calls, leads, website inquiries, and the expansive database of contacts
Have the opportunity to complete online marketing & advertising tasks such as SEO and PPC.
Work within a competitive, target-driven, and fast-paced environment

Skills Required
- Prior Experience in Customer Service/Sales/Similar Environments would be ideal for a position like this - but not essential
- You need to be confident, committed, and dedicated to the learning process
- Able to talk over the phone and an effective communicator
- Willing to learn more about the world of Technical Sales, a mixture of both Technology and Sales.
Future Prospects
Potential for a full-time position with Unitel Direct subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Previous Apprentices' within the organization have grown and developed into Seniors and Team Leaders who will mentor future Apprentices
