Remit is recruiting on behalf of Ciceley Commercials Limited Carlisle. Always delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Vacancy Detail
Roles and Responsibilities:
Liaising with customers, face to face and over the phone. Booking in vehicles on Autoline system.
Liaising with the workshop.
Providing customers with regular updates and obtaining authorization for any additional work.
Promoting Service Contracts and their benefits. Raising job cards and liaising with the workshop to ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Dealing with customer queries.
Always delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ad hoc administration duties to support the service team.

• Ability to build and sustain positive relationships – Working with the customer to build professional relationships to maximise sales opportunities and meet the customer’s needs
• Trustworthy – Managing own workload, ensuring the customers are kept up to date
• Forward thinker, using own initiative under pressure – Be able to overcome any obstacles that present themselves under pressure whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are still met.
Skills Required
• Outstanding customer service skills with both internal and external customers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally
• Organisation skills – keeping the customer up to date on progress
• Be driven to maximise potential sales opportunities
