Apprenticeship – IT Tech sales
Location - BD5 8HB
Our core services are IT Procurement, IT Support, Interactive Solutions and Managed Print. All our other services add value and ensure our clients receive a full range of IT services. We are already helping hundreds of businesses in Leeds and throughout the United Kingdom with their IT requirements.
RTS are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to work alongside one of the directors.
Sales generate £3m revenue at Ripple Technology Solutions per annum.
No previous experience in the industry is required but it would be beneficial.
The role will require attention to detail, interaction with customers from an admin perspective and helping the director with time organisation and day to day workloads.
The role will include processing orders, confirming to customers that orders have been processed, diary management and engagement with customers in a support role alongside the director.
Qualifications Required
GCSE's grade C or 4 and above, inclduing English and Maths
Personal Qualities
Looking for someone who is confident and willing to learn. The first year of the apprenticeship will be learning how RTS work and shadowing the director on all sales meetings.
The ideal candidate does not need any experience prior but a good level of customer service, organization and admin skills.
Skills Required
Any IT industry experience would be beneficial but not compulsory.
Key skills will be excellent verbal and written communication when engaging with our customers.
Time management and organisation skills are important.
