Remit are delighted to be hiring on behalf of James Fisher and Sons in Great Yarmouth.

As the Operations Apprentice at Scantech Offshore, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the operations team. Your responsibilities include providing support to our operations and senior leadership team. Whilst being mentored by the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Raising purchase requisitions for the operations team, progressing to purchase orders and close out with finance team.
Updating and maintaining database applications as required.
Participating in the on-call rota on a 1 in 3-week basis.
Overseeing travel for staff to GTY Base – ensuring space in staff house, arranging per diem allowance.
Arranging all necessary training for UK Based offshore team.
Positively engaging with company QSHE initiatives

Qualifications Required

GCSE Maths & English grade C/4

Skills Required

- Enthusiastic about starting a career in Operations.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office tools like Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Due to the nature of the on-call rota that this role will be part of once trained, the successful applicant must be over 18 years of age.
