Brief Description
The postholder will provide System support service to users of UPM within LPPA, Employers and Clients,
The postholder will provide technical assistance to colleagues and end users, liaising with external partners and suppliers where necessary to troubleshoot issues.

Qualification: Level 3 ICT Support Technician
Salary: £16,000.00
Location: Preston
Key Responsibilities:
•First Point of Contact for System Team
•Support for Pension Point and Employer Portal Queries/Issues
•Perform System Daily Checks
•Assist with Performance reporting and investigation.
•Support for Bulk Procedures such as Annual/Regular events/BDIs/Employer Moves
•Assist with Quarterly Audit Reviews
•Assist with Testing of Releases
•Assist with Environment Refreshes
•Liaise with the pension administration system suppliers, logging tickets and following through to successful resolution.
•UPM Version Control/Configuration Management
•System/Training Documentation Version Controlled
•Representation on UPM Internal Group•
Qualifications Required
•5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language, Maths & ICT)
