Brief Description
An exciting opportunity for a Social Media Presenter & Digital Marketer Apprenticeship to join our exciting young women’s fusion fashion brand. You will be responsible for creating and executing new and innovative video content!

As we enter our relaunch phase, we are excited to expand our team and bring on new creative employees who are eager to join us on this exciting journey. With our exclusive bridal fusion range for ASOS, Nesavaali is now expanding its reach and leaping towards more exciting opportunities in the bridal category. In addition, Nesavaali has established a strong retail and wholesale presence in the UK, Eu and USA, with our collections stocked in various boutiques and department stores. At Nesavaali, we pride ourselves on being a creative and collaborative workplace where employees have the freedom to express themselves and bring their unique ideas to the table.
● Creating a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic & follower count.
● Creating short videos for TikTok & Insta posts daily.
● Follow all content planning 1 month ahead with the director, discuss to execute and be ready for scheduling the posts.
● Presenting the brands products on TikTok & Reels live shows (modeling / wearing the clothes) every now and then to engage.
● Interacting with a live audience & answering query.
● Monitor competitor activity.
● Researching the current social & TikTok trends.
● Ensuring all social media content is in line with the brand tone of voice.
● Uploading content to social media platforms, Instagram & TikTok.
● Review success of posts & adjusting content accordingly.
● Interact with University students for competitions, endorsing the brand.
● Be part of the creative brand campaigns (ecommerce and campaign photoshoots) assisting to do video contents, discuss the design direction to the shoot team, assist the model clothing before shoot. Do Bloopers.
● Give insight reports to the digital marketing team and work along with them as and when required.
● Other duties as required.
● Research for the right influencer & work to get them on board.
● Establish relationships with the press, advertising agents to promote the brand.
● Visit local communities, public places to shoot the content or create content talking to the public candidly with relevance to the brand.

Skills Required
● We are looking for an individual with experience & interest in a similar role – specifically on TikTok & Insta reels.
● You thrive in fast-paced environments and are able to work quickly in small teams
● Be confident in talking to an audience, in front of a video camera on social media live.
● Ability to create engaging Reels & TikTok videos.
● Have strong CAD skills including Illustrator and Photoshop for image and video editing.
● Excellent knowledge of the current fashion news & trends environment and endless suggestions for creative contents.
● Having a social media account with a significant audience following is a bonus
Other Information
Short listed applicants matching our minimum criteria will undergo a 15 minute in person interview. Successful applicants will undergo a live sale interactive test & to demonstrate creating an Instagram reel or Tik Tok with the current trend and application of the latest transition video editing effects. Suitable Candidates will be given the job opportunity in 24 hours to get on board at the suitable date to join the office. We are looking for the ideal candidate finalized by the 30th of March and start the apprenticeship in the 1st week May 2023.
