We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Property Services team as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent chance for you to join a busy team and receive some first-class training that will prepare you for your future career in the customer service team.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Customer focused and enjoy finding solutions to problems
• Motivated and like learning new skills
• Great at multi-tasking
• Organised and enjoy completing tasks on time
• Able to do a job well, and have good attention to detail
Qualifications Required
- 5 GCSE’s Grades 4 – 9 (A* - C) including Maths and English desirable but not essential.
Personal Qualities
• The determination to learn and develop new skills
• Organised
• Reliable
• Desire to work towards an academic qualification
• Local candidates, must be able to travel to site daily
• Driving is preferred, on successful completion driving will be required for the role
Skills Required
• Good communication skills
• Customer-focused
• Basic understanding of MS packages
