Job role: Multi-channel marketing apprenticeship
Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday
Location: Manchester M30 9PJ
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Create and develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media and email campaigns.
•Assist in managing and updating social media platforms with regular posts, responding to comments, and monitoring trends.
•Identify gaps in the market through analysing social media performance.
•Provide general administrative support including raising purchase orders and managing merchandise.
•Support in the planning and execution of marketing events, including exhibitions and internal trade shows and meet the buyer events.
•Support the sales team with researching into new markets and understand how best to support the team, whether that is direct mail marketing or e-marketing.
•Respond to customer inquiries and comments across various channels promptly and professionally.
•Brainstorm, and work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and create new marketing campaigns.
•Update and assist in optimising website content, as well as contributing ideas for improving search engine rankings.
•5 GCSE's A*-C (Level 4-9) must include maths & English or equivalent qualifications
•Excellent team player
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED :
•Computer skills – Microsoft Office
•Good communication skills
•Knowledge of Marketing
•Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED :
•Marketing theory, concepts and basic principles such as what marketing is, the marketing mix the promotional mix and the differences between each channel used.
•The business’ structure, vision, priorities, and objectives, and how their marketing role supports these.
•What a marketing plan is, how it is built and its purpose.
•Create content using principles of design and copywriting, and how to adapt for online and offline mediums e.g., writing digital content for the web compared to leaflets
