Vacancy Detail
Salary- £14,000 to £16,000 per annum
Working Hours- Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Location- Solihull, B90
Qualification- Information Communications Technician - Level 3
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Dealing with technical issues regarding our customers' hardware, software, and networking
• Completing both first-line and second-line support tasks
• Take ownership of customer's issues and ensure they are fixed with a relevant time scale
• Communicating with our customers using the phone, live chat, and email whilst providing a good level of customer service
• Working with databases such as SQL to identify errors and make repairs
• Pairing customer's card terminals and EPOS systems over the network.
Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language, Maths & ICT)

Skills Required
• IT Literate,
• Social Media Exposure,
• Excellent Communication Skills,
• Ability to demonstrate initiative.
• Previous experience working in technical support
• Knowledge of general networking and IP addressing
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Knowledge of operating systems and troubleshooting problems with Windows 7 to 10
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, components, and peripherals
