ICT Support Technician Apprenticeship

Derventio provide simple and effective ways to manage appraisals in education. Derventio Education assists thousands of users on a daily basis supporting staff in schools, colleges and universities. Their software ensures that the process of staff appraisals is as effective as possible, while also positively impacting teaching and learning. They manage staff appraisals online, record evidence and the ongoing professional dialogue between staff. Staff may assess themselves against the latest standards appropriate to their role, identifying areas for development and recording any Career Professional Development to alleviate any problem areas and provide comprehensive reporting to leaders to ensure that they have all the information they need in order to devise a strategy for improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers at all levels supporting software and EdTech issues.
- Be a role model for delivering great service with a confident approach.
- Being part of Ticket Management.
- Dealing with customer enquiries promptly to ensure excellent customer service.
- Providing information and updates in a proactive manner between departments/customer
- Keeping CRM and Data collections up to date
Qualifications Required
GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above
