Salary: £12000 - £14000 per year
Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Qualification: Information Communications Technician - Level 3
Location: Ashbourne DE6 1AS
Roles & Responsibilities
- Providing first-line support via email and telephone
- Working with external vendors on complex/technical issues
- Communicating with stakeholders at different levels to provide comprehensive support
- Improving digital systems and technologies working on a variety of software platforms
- Customer service support both verbal and digital
- In addition to the above, you are required to carry out such other tasks as are required from time to time for the efficient operation of the Employer’s business
Qualifications Required
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
Skills Required
- Passion for IT
- Hobbyist
- Driver- would be ideal due to location
- Has researched IT and has a good understanding of Basic IT such as what troubleshooting is and how managing IT will help a business
