We have an exciting opportunity in our friendly Property Services team for a Customer Service Apprentice in Lambeth.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and receive ‘on-the-job training’, which will prepare you for your future career in Customer Service.
Our Customer Service apprenticeship will provide you with the opportunity to apply a range of skills to provide excellent service to customers
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of our fun and diverse team
• Managing emails and phone calls
• Responding to questions from customers and contractors
• Investigating jobs that have not been accepted or attended to
• Completing administrative tasks within deadlines
GSCE A-C desirable but not essential will need to achieve as part of the Apprenticeship
• Customer-focused and enjoys finding solutions to problems
• Motivated and like learning new skills
• Great at multi-tasking
• Organised and enjoy completing tasks on time
• Able to do a job well, and have good attention to detail
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office including, Excel and PowerPoint
• Driving license is required for this role as you may be required to work across different sites.
