Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand our portfolio of clients via leads, calls, networking and marketing
- Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
- Potentially be involved in preparing sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients as time progresses
- Demonstrate IT equipment to highlight product benefits
- Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Provides technical advice if necessary
- Become fluent in our products and services
- Answer questions, describe benefits, and discusses the pros and cons of various competing products or services
- Gain familiarity if not already known with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
