Brief Description
This apprenticeship is the level 3 Supply Chain incl Parts standard programme with Cordwallis Group in Bedfont, TW14 8ND. The right candidate will become an integral part of the MAN team and will have the opportunity to advance once qualified.

Cordwallis are a main dealer in the MAN Truck & Bus’ network and as their training provider, Remit are recruiting for a Parts Advisor apprentice for their Heathrow depot.

The Parts Advisor role with Cordwallis has evolved over the years to be more than just fulfilling customer orders and keeping the stores stocked. The role is much more customer and sales focused. Cordwallis provide solutions for their customers being a one stop shop for everything from the run of the mill vehicle parts through to CCTV, live tracking and beacon parts.
The role will be both demanding and rewarding, building good relationships with the customer ensuring they receive the best advice through the use of your ever growing product knowledge and the use of parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
What does the role of Parts Advisor involve?
Being the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and delivering excellent customer service.
• Checking incoming stock against delivery notes and store stock in the correct locations.
• Handling, storing and receiving stock, payments, procedures, identifying, sourcing and ordering parts.
• Support customers and workshop staff with parts identification and process.
• Process cash and card payments for customer parts
• Ensure quality is maintained throughout all stages to exceed customers’ expectations
What's after the apprenticeship?
• The earning potential after the 2 year apprenticeship is between £24 - £30k plus bonus.
• There will be further training courses available and progression opportunities. This could be within the Parts Department as Head of Parts or Sales.
Qualifications Required
Minimum entry requirements are a GCSE grade 3/D or equivalent Functional Skills Level 1 in English and Maths.
