Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or 4 and above including English and Maths would be desirable
Ideally a years of experience within the B2B or B2C industry

Future Prospects

Your first 3 weeks will be focused on the Access Early Careers Sales Academy or what we refer to as the Bootcamp. In this we will build you from the ground up teaching, coaching, shadowing & practically applying the training into real life situations.

Building your way to the Bootcamp Accreditation whereby you will be confident to start creating sales pipeline, and converting opportunities for our product experts to demonstrate the value of Access solutions.

We give you all the tools & training to be successful, alike the 150 people who have been through our bootcamp in the last 12 months.

Are you an ambitious hard-working individual with drive and a passion for all things sales?

With our client Access Group, you’ll be looking for a company in which you can progress, showcase your skills and experience and make a difference. You will be working in their sales development team which is split out across their many divisions and directly report to a team leader.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Create and find fully qualified sales opportunities for a dedicated product specialist to demonstrate our software
• Work towards individual monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets to help the wider sales and marketing team goals
• Liaise with marketing to achieve a joint volume and value target of opportunities, using their content to further your success
• Proactively calling leads alongside utilising inbound marketing sourced leads
• Utilise Access’ sales enablement technology to generate leads through industry-leading/best practice sales techniques
• Express a keen interest to learn about Access’ services and solutions alongside keeping up to date with your division’s industry news
• Participate and attend some exhibitions and meetings, some occasional overnight stays away from home may be required
