Brief Description
To attend and complete the Mercedes Benz Apprenticeship Scheme, in conjunction with Remit Training
To complete comprehensive practical training within the dealership
Achieve Level 3 Heavy Goods vehicle maintenance and repair qualification
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to

Key Responsibilities
• To complete and update a work experience portfolio with the cooperation of the training assessor from Remit Training
• To attend MB Apprenticeship scheme and to ensure a high standard of behavior, attendance and performance is maintained in line with both MB and Euro Commercials expectations
• To assist with qualified technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
• To carry out general duties within the workshop environment to include assisting with the cleanliness of the workshop and company courtesy vehicles
• To comply with all company policies and procedures
• To assist with the fitment of vehicle accessories
• To experience and understand the value of quality workmanship
• To promote the company and brand image with respect to reliability
• To obtain general technical knowledge
• To understand and be proactive in customer care
Skills Required
Key Performance Measures
• Completion of training qualifications to the standard of the Company and the manufacturer
• Competently assist qualified technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
• Obtain satisfactory level of general technical knowledge from workshop experience
