IT Technical Salesperson - Level 3
£12,000 - £14,000 + commission
LE3 1HR
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop lead opportunities by contacting known targets, qualifying these accounts and collecting information
• To make outbound calls to obtain qualified leads, raise the status to trusted advisor and develop opportunities for your sales team assisting in generating new business opportunities
• To follow up on marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business
• To attend sales meetings and to meet key performance indicators
• Customer research to understand levels of satisfaction and perceptions of the Company, its products, and services
• To build effective relationships with potential clients by use of appropriate questioning, clarification, and empathy
• To understand and speak enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues

Skills Required
• An ability to communicate in a professional, friendly way, to listen to problems and situations
• Numerate and literate with the ability to create accurate, prospecting emails

• The ability to build and develop strong business relationships internally and most importantly externally
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
Future Prospects
Dynamic Technology Group will also aim to offer the candidate a permanent role after the successful completion of this role. The candidate may progress into a mentor or managerial role of future apprentices.
