IT Support Technician Apprenticeship - Level 3
£9,379.50 p.a.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting IT-related issues for our comprehensive range of products
• Assisting with project implementation and installations
• Producing documentation such as how-to/user guides
• Hot staging devices prior to shipping to clients
• Setup and configure systems for new and existing customers
• Be on call once every 6 weeks

GCSEs in Maths and English

Skills Required
• Experience in implementing or supporting a Cloud-based EPOS system or systems in a similar industry (desirable)
• Have strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
