Daily Duties & Responsibilities...

Coming up with new creative prospecting campaigns, strategies & techniques to open the door with potential clients
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Representing Mapp at in-person events in Germany
Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products to solve their challenges
Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
Develop market expertise and strive to continuously improve your professional skillset
Set up discovery meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Working closely with our Team Lead on a daily basis to develop your skills

Qualifications Required

Ideally, 5 GCSEs graded C or 4 and above

Other Information

6 week training scheme run by our sales enablement expert – During this period you will be taught, the BDR basics around personalized email outreach, utilizing social channels like LinkedIn to engage prospects and build your network, learning how to ask consultative questions on the phone that work around BANT and MEDDIC sales methodologies. You’ll also learn intensive industry and product knowledge. We will arm you with everything you need to be a successful BDR.

Working closely with our Global BDR Team Lead who has had proven experience and success working in the marketing technology space as a BDR for 5+ years. They will enable you with everything you need to be to a great success and master the BDR role.

Central office in Berlin located near lots of great bars, pubs & restaurants. Offering regular office socials.
