Brief Description
To attend and complete the Mercedes Benz Apprenticeship Scheme, in conjunction with Remit Training
To complete comprehensive practical training within the dealership
Achieve Level 3 Heavy Goods vehicle maintenance and repair qualification
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to

Key Responsibilities
? To complete and update a work experience portfolio with the cooperation of the training assessor from Remit Training
? To attend MB Apprenticeship scheme and to ensure a high standard of behavior, attendance and performance is maintained in line with both MB and Euro Commercials expectations
? To assist with qualified technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
? To carry out general duties within the workshop environment to include assisting with the cleanliness of the workshop and company courtesy vehicles
? To comply with all company policies and procedures
? To assist with the fitment of vehicle accessories
? To experience and understand the value of quality workmanship
? To promote the company and brand image with respect to reliability
? To obtain general technical knowledge
? To understand and be proactive in customer care
Skills Required
Key Performance Measures
? Completion of training qualifications to the standard of the Company and the manufacturer
? Competently assist qualified technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
? Obtain satisfactory level of general technical knowledge from workshop experience
