Remit is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Glyn Hopkins, the largest Independent Nissan dealer group for someone to join their team as an Apprentice Parts Adviser, based at their site in Milton Keynes MK6 4AG. Customers are the focus of all they do, and they are committed to providing the highest levels of service and aftercare.
The Apprentice Customer Parts advisors are highly valued members of the aftersales service forming part of a team who communicate between the customer and the workshop with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties:
• Develop and learn to serve the workshop staff to assist in the smooth running of our Service Department
• Understand and learn how to Unload and check off daily stock orders, ordered from the Manufacturer
• Maintaining a clean and orderly Parts Department, with regular stock checks.
• Learn to serve Retail customers, to understand their requirements and advise appropriately.
• Maintaining and updating accessory displays as per Manufacturer standards
• Work to support the Parts team to achieve the department targets.

Qualifications Required

GCSE English and Maths – Grade D or above. Driving license required

• Ability to work in a team and bring new ideas to the table
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Organised, confident and able to communicate well

Good general computer skills as this will be your daily workstation, confident and good communication skills with the ability to talk to customers
