Vacancy Detail
Remit are recruiting on behalf of Hemsley Fraser Group, Saltash PL12 6JW for someone to join their team and undertake a Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship.
The role will provide excellent internal and external service to customers and suppliers by carrying out complete, accurate and timely administration for company and Business Support, Finance and Client Services function.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
? Plan, prioritise and organise personal weekly workload in order to meet deadlines and targets/objectives.
? Deliver workload ensuring compliance to processes and procedures.
? Follow the Finance / Purchase Ledger process.
? Work within the Client Services and Procurement functions.
? Maintain and update accurate and timely information systems (web and/or databases) and share accordingly with colleagues to optimise team efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
? Receive and manage any changes to transactions/enquiries, communicate changes appropriately and in a timely manner to maintain quality, customer service and efficiency.
? Daily Post/Reception duties.
? Multi-skilled - able to cover other areas/disciplines on a regular basis including all Finance department (Purchase Ledger).
? Complete L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Qualifications Required
? Good standard of verbal and written English (minimum GCSE to ?C? and above or equivalent).
