Vacancy Detail
Roles and Responsibilities
? Assisting in online content requests, following a regimented request process and monitoring procedure.
? Assisting in the design and the build of online content with particular focus on developing your digital learning creation skills on the job.
? Assisting with the marketing, targeting and promotion of Learning and Organisational Development online provisions to increase up-take and utilization within the trust.
? Assisting in the assurance of implementing quality digital content on our Learning Management
System, focusing on continuity, branding and proof reading.
? Working independently with self-motivation but collaborate effectively within a team where needed.
? Managing daily requests from colleagues in the organization at all levels promptly and with great customer service skills.
? Assisting with the building of online digital content for key subject matter experts within the Trust.
? Working closely with Digital learning specialist and administration team
? Liaise with Subject Matter Experts, Training Leads Internal Departments
? Support in the deployment of learning programmer and training courses across the trust.
? Oversee the utilization of Learning Management System reporting capabilities for training leads.

Qualifications Required
? GCSE (or equivalent) English & Maths grade C or above.
