Customer Service Representative - Apprenticeship

Your duties will include:

? Responsible for the day-to-day daily tasks are completed within the agreed parameters, escalating to the Team Leader / supervisor where necessary
? Ensure all customer enquiries/concerns are responded to within the agreed time parameters, via e-mail box and telephone log
? Working with the Customer Services Supervisor, this role will support delivery of effective and efficient implementation of agreed processes

Responsibilities

? Build relationships with the customer, inter department and peers
? Follow documented processes, and highlighting to the Customer Service Supervisor if a change of process is required to add efficiencies to the process
? Assist with the training of new members to the Customer Service Team
? Approach all new and changes to the current processes & procedures with a positive attitude
? Assess own performance and set personal objectives, including ongoing development and skills training.
? Identify and implement personal development activities
? Ensure office standards are maintained at all times
