The role:

Working as an E-Commerce Assistant, you'll be assisting with the maintenance of the website, product information, SEO, and the overall customer experience and satisfaction. We are looking for an individual with passion and enthusiasm for E-commerce who is keen to learn. Lightsy is committed to providing you with a friendly, industrious and knowledgeable environment in which you can progress and succeed.


Key responsibilities:

? Assist in the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website

? Work as part of a small but growing team
? Monitor and update products and content on the website

? Evaluate the customer experience to and identify which aspects of the website can be improved

? Identify areas and opportunities for growth

? Review current content and keywords to work to improve SEO and website ranking

? Assist in maintenance and improving performance on third-party channels such as Amazon

This opportunity includes 5 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 5 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
