The role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. The role will be responsible for assisting the management of our social media accounts across various platforms, including content planning, creation, engagement, and strategy. Lightsy is committed to providing you with a friendly, industrious and knowledgeable environment in which you can progress and succeed.
Key responsibilities:
? Content creation for our social media platforms; Instagram, Pinterest, and Houzz
? Upload daily content, incorporating a blend of manufacturer and customer images
? Repost and interact with followers, engage with key interior design influencers
? Strategic thinking to increase brand awareness and engagement
? Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure that key brands and collections have adequate coverage
This opportunity includes 5 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 5 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
