To build or process aircraft tyres, or their components, whilst ensuring compliance to health and safety standards, right first time quality and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

? Follow Health & safety rules at all times including reporting potential issues and resolving easy to fix items.
? Adhere to SOP?s (Standard operating procedures) and follow instructions of trainers and supervision.
? High level of Right First Time quality after initial training.
? Actively participate in 5S activities, maintaining and improving the section.
? Complete any paperwork or pc based data entry accurately.
? Work accurately and efficiently to production timescales and deadlines.
? Run at required throughput / output standards post training.

These vacancies are for 19-24 years old candidates only. This opportunity includes 4 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of hands on work experience with Dunlop to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role. After which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 4 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
