Brief Description

Remit Training is recruiting on the behalf of our client; Showcase Group who has almost half a century of experience in property management, property sales, rentals and developments. Due to continued expansion within this business Remit Training are helping them source an Apprentice to go through the Customer Service Specialist program with them.

Vacancy Detail

Our client; Showcase Group is based in Leicester City Centre and work with their clients through all of their property related needs. They will also work closely with Legal, Financial and Regulatory Professionals too, so if they can't assist clients directly they will always know a competent professional that can!

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Deal with customer inquiries
? Maintain a high level of professionalism
? Build rapport with clients
? Support customers throughout the process
? Answer incoming calls/reception duties

Qualifications Required

Ideally at least 5 GCSEs in Maths and English graded C or 4 and above
