Roles & Responsibilities:

Deal with incoming calls and emails from clients.
Respond to clients via phone and email.
Work on level 1 IT tickets as part of the Helpdesk team
Aid a variety of customers and clients whilst ensuring to maintain a positive and excellent service
Be exposed to IT and Technical situations for a large majority of UK businesses
Assist with various elements of remote troubleshooting, including interacting with customers to help resolve their issues
Become aware of trends, developments and keep up to date on all things new within the IT industry

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or 4 and above in English and Maths would be desirable or the Functional Skills Equivalent.

Skills Required

Any of the following would be desirable to CSS Cloud;

A background in customer service is ideal as they are incredibly customer-oriented
A passion, interest and drive to further knowledge within the IT industry
Any prior knowledge or experience with IT, hardware, software, networking or others is a bonus either gained through work experience or as a hobby
Possesses the self-motivation, drive and independence to think of the next task, or take ownership of roles, tasks and responsibilities
Excellent ability to read, write and possess good grammar

Future Prospects

Our client would likely be looking into the possibility of making the successful candidate a permanent employee; upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship and ensuring that they have displayed the right skills and attributes throughout the entirety of the program.
