Roles and Responsibilities
? Production of print, email, and online promotional literature relating to up to 30 live, travel trade events and 12 virtual training webinars per year
? Registration of all event attendees
? Production of guest and exhibitor name badges
? Telephone contact with attendees and exhibitors
? Production and proofreading of the event programs
? Overseeing the events themselves
? Email proofing and execution of client emails
? Individual event marketing strategy
? Social media updates
? Online marketing strategy
1-2 years of events' experience and education to graduate level is preferred although a more senior role could be available subject to experience.
As part of this job role, you will be responsible for planning and attending, and managing events. This will include the entire marketing strategy and execution along the way.

Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language, Maths & ICT)
