What does a traineeship with BCA look like?

You will undertake 5 weeks of pre-employment training, including a recognised customer service qualification, allowing you to learn the skills you will need to give you the best chance of being successful with a full time career at BCA.

Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience which will allow you to see the inner workings of British Car Auctions, get hands on work experience with the cars and showcase your passion. During the 3 week placement you will gain exposure to each of the following roles: Administrator, Imagery Operative, Polisher Fast Tracker, Yard Operative.

All candidates that complete the 8-week programme will be interviewed for a full time apprenticeship in a role of your choice.

Purpose of the role:
The Administrator is responsible for completing routine and ad hoc office administration duties for the BCA Corby site. This will also include temperature checking all employees regularly to ensure they are able to work.

Role Accountabilities:
? Ensure the BCA values and beliefs are upheld
? Answer general telephone calls and email enquiries
? Perform office duties such as filing, photocopying, processing incoming and outgoing mail
? Monitor central email account, including distribution of emails to correct point of contact
? Process and track accounts receivable applications
? Administer all payments in a timely manner
? Handle vehicle sales documentation, including vehicle registrations

Apprenticeship wage - ?6.00 per hour
Non apprenticeship wage - to be discussed dependant on experience
