Brief Description

Remit Training is recruiting on behalf of BCA for a Data Analyst Apprentice to join their outsource commercial department as a Commercial Team Data Technician apprentice.
This will be an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to gain experience in handling data, processing and inputting information into the car auction systems using M/S Excel.

Vacancy Detail

We are looking for someone keen to learn and develop in the commercial area of the business supporting management with their data requirements and enabling them to make informed decisions based on provided data.
Some knowledge of Microsoft packages with basic Excel knowledge will be beneficial but support and training will be provided at all steps.

Whilst at BCA Outsource Solutions, some of your roles and responsibilities may include:

? Dealing with queries from Auctions and Re-marketing managers.
? Familiarising with Data used and how to import and export from different systems.
? Sending out any pre-set reports to relevant people.
? Daily sales files.
? Monthly and daily stats presentations on Excel
? Chase auctions for any missing information relating to sales.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)

Skills Required

Knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel at an Intermediate level.
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Good customer service skills
