Roles/Responsibilities:

? Taking inbound calls from customers
? Meet & greet show site customers
? Upselling and cross-selling garden products and installation services
? Achieve individual and team sales targets
? Understand product range to help give the customer confidence in the buying process

GCSEs in Maths and English

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
