AVIAREPS has more than 20 years? experience in providing professional Passenger GSA services and tourism marketing to our clients. It is the world?s leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with 66 offices in 50 countries. Representing airlines as well as destinations, hotels, airports, cars, trains, cruises and other trade promotions, our 360? portfolio of services includes sales & reservation, marketing and PR.

Objective:
To maintain communication with internal and external parties in the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
? Managing the reception area
? Welcoming customers and guests
? Managing correspondence, including letters, packages and phone calls
? Managing inventory of office supplies
? Liaising with suppliers and contractors

This opportunity includes 5 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be work-ready. During the 5 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for work. That your highest qualification is at Level 3 or below including no qualifications.

On completion of the course you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW with the employer, providing you with feedback upon completion of the placement.

Other Information

The 5-week pre-employment training will be delivered online/face to face in a group with other applicants. The hours for the training are Monday ? Friday 9:30AM to 4:00PM. The 3-week work experience may have varying hours depending on business demand. All information will be provided during your Induction on your first day.

Remit Training will provide you with a dedicated Trainer to support you through the 5-week pre-employment training then a Placement Coach to support you through your 3-week work experience.
