Then this role that Remit Training are recruiting for, on the behalf of our client Kaymans' Apparel Ltd might just be the perfect fit for you! They are actively looking for a creative individual who look to learn and develop into a Digital and Social professional. Their ideal Apprentice needs to be someone who is keen to learn but also has the ability to take their ideas and run with it. Where if successful you'll will be working with a focus on Digital Marketing and ECommerce!

The Ecommerce sales operative will be assigned to the daily operations of the Cavani online department duties. These to include processing online orders, dealing with customer queries. So you'll need to possess excellent knowledge of stock levels, inventory and company policies in order to provide accurate information customers. By being the face of the company and upholding company values in how they interact with customers and carrying out general online duties including housekeeping.

General Duties;
? Processing orders placed via Shopify and Amazon on a daily basis
? Managing the info@cavani email inbox ensuring all queries and responded to within 48 hours
? Answer phones, deal with customer queries, book showroom appointments, organising refunds and exchanges and taking customer holding deposits
? Ensure stock quantities on Shopify are accurate giving maximum availability to the customer, remove all discontinued styles
? Assist in the showroom, sell and offer excellent customer service
? Book international orders via courier online using comparison sites for best price
? Keep up to date with product knowledge, liaise with line manager along with analysing sales data identifying best sellers and feeding back to management
? Assist with sale promotions, identify lines that can be cleared or reduced if not selling
? Monitor discount codes and communicate current promotions to showroom staff

Qualifications Required

? Applicants should be literate and numerate.
? Grade C/4 and above in English, maths and IT are preferable or equivalent

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you'll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & Maths Functional Skills Level 2.

The company will also aim to offer the apprentice a permanent role at the end of the training (subject to successfully completing course and objectives).
