Our client, Local Exposure are a trusted Digital Agency working with a wealth of Businesses, small independent stores to full size department stores, to help provide solutions for them with Website, Comms and Marketing services. Due to expansion within the business they are seeking an Account Manager to take a proactive stance with their clients!

Then this role with Local Exposure might just be the one for you! Remit Training are recruiting on the behalf of our client who've expressed interest in bringing in a dedicated and committed individual to join them as an Account Manager where they will have the chance to work towards a Level 3 Qualification in the Technical Sales program whilst handling a number of clients and their needs!

Your ultimate focus will be to reach out to potential customers and win new business, which will involve:

- Learn how to sell various digital products and services; consisting of Website, Comms and Marketing packages
- Handle and manage the existing client base
- Aim to manage client retention, to ensure that they always come back
- Learn how to upsell products and services to existing clients through means of Business Development
- Manage and handle various stakeholders
- Deal with some outbound calls as a result of others colleagues leads.

Qualifications Required

Desired qualifications would include GCSE, or equivalent, English and maths at grade C or 4 and above

Personal Qualities

Ideally you must have the following qualities to join and do well;

- Be comfortable in a fast paced environment within the office
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the phone and in person around your colleagues
- Have a high level of enthusiasm and confidence.
- Possess a good hybrid of commitment and dedication to any new learning and development.
- A passion and want to do well and succeed!

Skills Required

You may already have some sales related experience. Great! However:-
If not, carry on reading.
The successful person will start an 18 month Apprenticeship in the Technical Salesperson which along with on going internal training and knowledge transfer from your peers, will be the building block for long term success.

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you'll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & Maths Functional Skills Level 2.

The company will also aim to offer the apprentice a permanent role at the end of the training (subject to successfully completing course and objectives).
