Digital Marketer level 3 Apprenticeship
?5 for first 6 months, increasing to ?6.50 after 6 months
HR6 9DX
Roles and responsibilities:
You will need to have a thorough understanding of the internet and social media.
Specifically, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
? To work in collaboration with MD, software developer and technical sales to ensure that the digital marketing messages are coherent and standardised and give a clear and seamless message
? To build sales funnels and other funnels in Click funnels or other funnel building software to ensure that effective and professional messaging is regularly shared on social media as well as through email marketing.
? Creation of videos for social media, brand development
? To support with the building of online courses and course content
? To develop and maintain connections and content across social media platforms
? To position Investors in Learning as an authority across social media platforms
? To work closely with software developer to ensure seamless messaging between the website and the marketing messaging ensuring that the main websites and other specific sites are a reflection are aligned
? To manage, maintain, monitor, review and control the Investors in Learning CRM
? To create digital marketing solutions to ensure Investors in Learning prospective clients are effectively presented with products and services
? To manage email lists and clean email lists and ensure that the bounce back rates are monitored and controlled
? To ensure digital marketing adheres to digital marketing GDPR guidelines
? Ensure that Investors in Learning has a digital marketing strategy ensuring a multi-channel approach.
? To build effective sales funnels and marketing and information funnels
Candidates applying should be aware this role is entirely remote with oppurtunity to travel to the head office in Leominister.
Qualifications Required
? 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language, Maths & ICT)
? English must be at A/B at GCSE level as you will be doing a lot of written marketing campaigns.
Personal Qualities
? Enjoyment of team work as well as working as an individual
? Willing to be flexible
? Strong desire for continuous improvement and success
? Confident and assertive - strong persuasion skills
? Experience using a customer database (advantageous)
Skills Required
? Excellent telephone manner - previous B2B telesales/telemarketing experience is essential!
? Experience with video editing and content creation. Experience in video editing using Final Cut Pro and/ or iMovie
? Building funnels using funnel building software
? Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
? Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
? Good Microsoft Office skills (particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
