It Technical Sales Level 3 Apprenticeship
?5 for first 6 months, increasing to ?6.50 after 6 months + ?25 bonus per sale
Potential to earn an extra ?1200 per year in bonuses.

Roles and responsibilities
? The development and selling of online platforms and online programmes
? Ensuring that technical manuals are clear and comprehensive
? To work in collaboration with digital marketing and software development to ensure that the technical sales and product development are aligned
? Ongoing development and understanding of online platforms and online programmes to ensure that we can position these clearly to our customers and integrate these into our offering
? Sales and customer support on online platforms and programmes
? Communication with developers to gain understanding of functionalities and support with development and ideas
Qualifications Required
? 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language, Maths & ICT)
Personal Qualities
? Enjoyment of team work as well as working as an individual
? Willing to be flexible
? High self-motivation and strong desire for continuous improvement and success
? Confident and assertive - strong persuasion skills
? IT Literate
? Good organizational skills
Skills Required
? Excellent telephone manner - previous B2B telesales/telemarketing experience is essential!
? Knowledge and experience of using online course builder software (e.g., Kajabi) to support with development of online programmes
? Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
? Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
? Good Microsoft Office skills (particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
