Roles and Responsibilities:

? Providing reception/visitor management cover
? Handling and routing inbound telephone calls to the relevant members of staff within the business
? Acting as first-line customer service
? Managing service requests for consumables and support and liaising with engineers in the field
? Branch Management activities, eg ordering stationary and other materials
? Administration of the sales stock
? Compiling monthly sales and service reports as needed
? Sales order processing
? Supporting the Sales and Service Teams in their roles

GCSEs in Maths and English

Skills Required

? Literate and numerate with a good understanding of MS applications, especially Excel
