Qualifications Required : GCSEs in Maths and English

£13,520 p.a.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing reception/visitor management cover
• Handling and routing inbound telephone calls to the relevant members of staff within the business
• Acting as first-line customer service
• Managing service requests for consumables and support and liaising with engineers in the field
• Branch Management activities, eg ordering stationary and other materials
• Administration of the sales stock
• Compiling monthly sales and service reports as needed
• Sales order processing
• Supporting the Sales and Service Teams in their roles
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary : £ 13,520.00 (Annually)

Training to be Provided : The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 3 in Business Administration
