Brief Description : Based in the heart of Leamington Spa CV32 4NR Remit are recruiting for a hospitality supervisor to join the busy team at Banh Mi Ca Phe as the next step in your hospitality career.

 

Qualifications Required : GCSE Grades D (3) or above in English and Maths
Vacancy Detail : This newly opened and successful Vietnamese café is looking for hospitality supervisors to join their team and contribute towards their success.
This hands-on role will include:
- Customer service at the counter
- Creating and serving drinks
- Food preparation
- Cleaning duties.
- You will be supervising and motivating the team to ensure that they are providing great service and menu items in line with the company standards
- Ensuring that costs are kept within the operating budget, including stock control, minimizing wastage
- Making recommendations for business improvements
You will need to have some previous experience in hospitality and looking to take the next step in your career.
Salary: - £7 - £8 ph with a review after 3 months
Positions Available : 2
Working Week : 35 hours a week on a rota basis. 5 days out of 7 including weekends within the hours of 8am and 10pm
Salary : £ 245.00 (Weekly)

Training to be Provided : You will be providing vital support to the management teams within your organisation and will develop your skills to be able to lead a team as well as supervise and run shifts. You will learn skills and techniques to motivate your team and maintain excellent customer service skills and professionalism even under pressure You may specialise in a particular area but ultimately will be able to adapt and transfer your skills to support other areas of the business as required As a result you will receive the following qualification: Functional Skills in English & maths Level 2
