The role:

We are looking for a highly creative, passionate and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join a growing e-commerce company. The role will be supporting the team in all aspects of digital marketing. The role is focused towards social media activities and content writing: including setting up social media campaigns, email marketing and reporting on the performance of campaigns. Lightsy is committed to providing you with a friendly, industrious and knowledgeable environment in which you can progress and succeed.


Key responsibilities:

? Email marketing ? Plan, design and distribute email campaigns to customer base

? Plan and post social media content and campaigns

? Create and drive engaging digital content across our platforms

? Analyse social media engagement data to inform future content, adding insight where you feel things could be improved

? Graphic design for info graphics and email creation

? Research tasks

? Work with the product team to strategise future product launches


This opportunity includes 5 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 5 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
