Data Entry Clerk

The role:

We are looking for a competent Data Entry Clerk with excellent attention to detail, IT and numeracy skills. The primary function of the role will be inputting product data, while evaluating and improve existing listings. Lightsy is committed to providing you with a friendly, industrious and knowledgeable environment in which you can progress and succeed.

Key responsibilities:
? Extract data from a master sheet and reformat in new sheets ready for upload to Amazon and our Shopify store

? Verify data by comparing to source documents

? Check for errors and perform some light editing where required

? Compare existing data sheets to a master sheet and seeing where things can be improved


This opportunity includes 5 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 5 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
